Terms and Conditions of Sale – Reyova

Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern sales made on the Reyova website, published by the company VENPRO, registered at 60 Rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France.
They set out the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the sale of products offered on the website https://reyova.com.


Article 2 – Prices

  • Displayed prices: Prices shown on the website are expressed in pounds sterling (£), inclusive of VAT, excluding delivery and shipping costs.

  • Additional charges: Handling, shipping, and any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Payment in GBP: All orders must be settled in GBP, regardless of their origin.

  • Price modifications: Reyova reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of order confirmation.

 Ownership of the products is transferred to the buyer only after full payment, but the risks relating to loss or damage are transferred upon physical possession of the goods.


Article 3 – Orders

Orders may be placed exclusively online at https://reyova.com.
Contractual information is presented in English.
VENPRO reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of supply issues or payment difficulties.


Article 4 – Order Confirmation

Validation of your order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once confirmed, the order constitutes proof of the transaction and acceptance of the stated terms.
A summary of your order and a copy of these terms and conditions will be sent to you by email in PDF format.


Article 5 – Payment

  • Payment methods: Payments are made via a secure system by bank card or PayPal.

  • Debiting: Your card will be debited immediately at the time of order.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

6.1 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with UK consumer regulations, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging, accessories, and instructions. Return costs are borne by the customer.
In the event of withdrawal, Reyova will refund the amount paid within 14 days, via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalised products.

  • Items unsealed for hygiene reasons.

  • Products liable to deteriorate quickly.

6.2 30-day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Defective or non-compliant products: Full refund (100%) after verification and validation by our service (photo/video or physical return if requested).

  • Compliant products but customer dissatisfaction: For sanitary reasons, hygiene products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a full refund. Only unopened and unused products may qualify for a full refund.

  • In all other cases, an appropriate solution may be offered by our service (replacement or goodwill gesture).

To initiate a refund request under this guarantee, please contact our customer service at contact@reyova.com within 30 days of receiving the product.


Article 7 – Availability

Products are offered while stocks last.
In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the buyer will be informed by email and the order will be cancelled without charge.
Reyova reserves the right to limit the quantity of identical items per order.


Article 8 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated at the time of ordering.
Delivery times are provided at checkout. In the event of delays, the buyer will be informed by email.
In cases of repeated absence during delivery, Reyova cannot be held responsible for delays.


Article 9 – Warranty

Products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
Any claim must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
Returns must include all accessories, packaging, and instructions.
Return costs will only be reimbursed upon presentation of proof in cases of defective or non-compliant products.


Article 10 – Liability

Reyova declines all responsibility in the following cases:

  • Failure to comply with the legislation of the delivery country by the buyer.

  • Improper use or mishandling of products.

  • Technical issues related to the internet network (service interruptions, viruses, etc.).


Article 11 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by UK law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.


Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All elements on the website https://reyova.com (texts, images, logos, videos) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Reyova.

Any reproduction or exploitation, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation.


Article 13 – Personal Data

Your personal data is stored for order processing purposes and may be shared with partners responsible for order fulfilment.

Article 14 – Archiving & Proof

Orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium. These records are retained as evidence in case of dispute.
